Associated Weavers' industrial site is located in Ronse, a city that is part of the Oudenaarde-Ronse secular textile capital. Ronse is at the heart of this picturesque region and is locally known as the "Queen of the Flemish Ardennes". In the Middle Ages, the region was famous for its budding textile industry, and today beautiful fabrics are still produced in the region's traditional manner from textile raw materials. Following the example of its ancestral predecessors, Associated Weavers also pays particular care to the region's characteristic know-how and trade. It is as if the Associated Weavers` design team had received the artistic heritage of the weavers who created and produced the famous Oudenaarde tapestries over the past centuries.
